Core Monthly Bookkeeping
$450 – $700 / month

Includes:
• Transaction coding with a restaurant-specific chart of accounts
• POS, delivery app, cash & bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable tracking
• Monthly Profit & Loss with key restaurant ratios (Food cost %, Labour cost %, Prime cost)
• Balance Sheet and cash summary
• GST & Saskatchewan PST tracking

Payroll Processing
+$250 – $450 / month (or included in Full Support Package)

• Bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll
• Tip allocation and distribution
• CPP, EI and tax remittances
• ROEs, T4s and T4As

Full Support Package
$700 – $1050 / month
Everything in Core Bookkeeping + Full Payroll

Other Services
• Catch-up / cleanup of past books
• Weekly flash reports
• Inventory & COGS support (best value-added service)
• Year-end package prepared for your tax preparer

Important Note
I do not prepare or file income tax returns (T1 or T2). I keep your books and payroll clean so your tax preparer has everything they need.
